- Arrive on time and attend the full hour for your small group
- Use a computer (phones and tablets limit the experience)
- Do not use Zoom Rooms or Chromebooks (Zoom does not support the use of breakout rooms with these devices)
- Make sure you have good lighting (no windows behind you to avoid creating a silhouette)
- Find a quiet space (bedroom, office, even a closet)
- Sit close to the camera (so we can see your smiling face)
- Mute yourself when you’re not talking
- If screen sharing, consider closing all unused tabs to reduce confusion and simplify focus during the presentation.
