This article explains how Training Track staff may view and change the status of participants who have applied to attend a training track.


Due to the nature of Training Tracks, enrollment limitations are often necessary in order to ensure more effective interaction for those participating.  Someone on the Training Track staff will be given admin access to the Attendee list in order to vet/screen applicants. 


Depending on the protocols desired; a participant may be accepted immediately, given an offer to attend they must accept, wait listed for the current track, invited to attend a future training or denied acceptance.


To access the attendee list:


1. Login to your EMDC account.

2. Click the three vertical dots (Right side of banner)

3. Select Admin option.

You should see a list of the classes for which you have admin access.

If not, click the Class Singles tab a the top of the screen.


NB:  If you do not have access to a class for which you should, 

        you can request access by emailing your request to support@emdcon.org.


4. Click the View List of the listing you wish to see



5, Choose the applicant you want to process and click the down arrow in the status column.



6.  Choose one of the options from the dropdown menu


          Active - Participant is enrolled in the track

  Application - Participant has registered for the track but no admin action has been taken

              Offer - Participant is given an offer to attend (may include list of requirements to agree to)

        Wait List - Participant may be invited to attend, if other more qualified participants are not accepted

Attend Future - Participant will be noted, for acceptance in a future track

     Stop Apply - For some reason, the participant's application is not acceptable

        Cancelled - Participant will not attend and does not want to be considered for future tracks.
