Enrollment Approval - Request for more information

Recently you tried to enroll in EMDC Online.  We would love to have you participate!  The problem is that we don't know who you are at that email address.  

We sent you some questions two days ago.
In order to process your request we need some additional information.  Please reply to this email with the following information.
  • How you heard about EMDC.
  • Your organization or ministry affiliation.
  • A personal reference of another individual involved with EMDC or a reference from a ministry leader.
  • A short statement about your current role.
 As soon as you get back to us, we will be able to continue with your approval process.
