As of July 2021 EMDC Online is operating in four non-English languages: Spanish, French, Russian, and Indonesian.


Each languages has a team of at least two leaders, who have the following responsibilities:  

(NB:  Please check back now and then as the contents of this list will be revised as needed.)


1. Find relevant topics and presenters for the monthly meeting (every two weeks in the case of Indonesian).


2. Create new class listings using the Class Listing admin section.

3. Recruit a Session Host and a Tech Host for each session,

4. Assignment of Session and Tech Hosts, 2 Options


A.  Show them how to sign up for Host slots using Staff Assign (found in the Administration section)

B.  Assign them using the Add/Change Staff button in the Presentation and Technical Staff section of the Class setup menu found in the admin Class Listing page.  (Click on a Class title on the page to activate the Class Setup menu.)  


        Enter their name in the search field and then click the microphone or keyboard icon to assign them as host.



5. Update your google doc page for your language found here. Look at the other language pages for an example of how you might improve yours.  


6. Try to find new people (in your language) to enroll in EMDC Online, guiding them through the vetting process or giving their names in advance to Steve.
