When you "Register" for EMDC Online, you are sent an email as a confirmation of your registration. If you did NOT receive that email (it is sent within a minute), please do the following:


  • Check to make sure that the email did not go to your Spam or Junk folder.
  • Check to make sure the email address you used is correct.
  • Add "info@emdc.online" and "noreply@emdc.online" to your list of contacts (that helps to keep emails from being marked as spam).
  • Sign in to the website by going to: https://emdc.online/signin/start
  • It will again try to send a code to your email.
  • If the six-digit code does not come through, then submit a ticket to this help center by going to: https://emdcon.freshdesk.com/a/tickets/new. Simply state that you did not receive a confirmation email. We will work with you to get you a direct link or to provide you with the six digit code.
